Ghalia is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health, cultural, life transitions, and relational issues.

Ghalia works with individuals and families with different presenting issues and diverse backgrounds. Ghalia has a particular interest in working with adults during life transitions and navigating life obstacles. Her previous work includes working with families and couples through life changes and with high-risk adolescents and their families.

Ghalia offers a safe space for her clients in order to empower them to be the best versions of themselves and guide them through the healing journey. Ghalia helps her clients take charge of life and be more intuitive and authentic while learning how to cope with life obstacles and mental health challenges.

Ghalia adopts an eclectic approach and offers holistic treatment to address the different areas in a person's life. Ghalia believes in tailoring the approach to each client and encouraging them to use their past experiences and strengths through transitions and treatment. Ghalia uses different theories and modalities in her practice, including structural family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Humanistic approach.
