Existing Clients
Existing clients should use the following link to request cancellations and make payments towards their balance: https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/account/logon?lk=148786
· If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your therapist directly using the patient portal or their professional email address.
· Per our Cancellation Policy, all cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or the client will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” form that was provided to you at the start of services.
· Please review your balance each week and make payments towards your balance at your earliest convenience.
