Molly is an allied therapist with experience supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and is inclusive of all backgrounds and ages.

Molly earned her Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University. During Molly’s graduate studies, she pursued her certificate in “Promoting Child & Adolescent Well-being”. Her clinical knowledge and skills grew from experiences in both school and community settings. Molly’s style is grounded in a person-centered and strength-based approach. Molly draws from a range of evidence-based techniques, such as a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and inner child work. In her treatment with children and teens, Molly also uses play and art therapy. For couples, Molly is trained in the Gottman method. Molly’s goal is to create a collaborative and trusting partnership with her clients to facilitate their personal growth and healing. She has witnessed the transformative power of therapy by prioritizing an empathetic, non-judgemental, and validating space for clients. She has seen the positive impact humor can play in working through life’s challenges. Molly believes that each person’s experience is unique, and she tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s individual needs and personality. As a client, you are in the driver seat of sessions, while Molly will support you in navigating and giving you the tools to get you in the direction you want to go.

In session, clients can expect a warm, non-judgemental atmosphere to collaboratively explore their story, values, emotions, and goals. Molly is here to listen, strengthen your self-esteem, and build a stronger, more loving relationship with yourself to be the change you want to see. Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous decision, and Molly is here to support you on this journey to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward because a shaky step is still a step. Molly encourages you to take the next leap in making an appointment.
