Maggie is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental diagnoses, life transitions, complex trauma, and serious mental health disorders. Maggie is passionate about helping clients overcome their identified problems to obtain healthier, happier lifestyles.

Maggie utilizes CBT, DBT psychoanalytic, and holistic approaches while remaining person-centered throughout the entire process. Maggie is passionate about empowering patients to use their innate strengths to see the changes they have dreamt for themselves.

Maggie is excited to see how the acquisition of therapeutic skills allow clients to reach their full potential. Maggie implements the use of holistic alternatives, mindfulness techniques, and boundary setting skills to build the client's repertoire of helpful tools. In a warm, non- judgmental environment, Maggie works with clients to practice therapeutic skills to prepare them for real-time use. As your therapist, Maggie will challenge you to be the most genuine version of yourself.
