Kyra is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with all ages, including children, teens, and adults. With an authentic and empathetic approach, Kyra supports clients in many areas, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Recognizing that every person is unique, Kyra personalizes sessions focused on each client’s specific experiences, strengths, and objectives. 

Using a client-centered approach grounded in holistic and humanistic methods, Kyra establishes relationships that are collaborative and genuine. She integrates various therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, in designing an individual approach tailored to each of her clients. When working with children and adolescents, Kyra incorporates Play and Art Therapy to address areas such as social skills, behavioral challenges, academic stressors, and peer and parent relationships. 

Understanding that change can be difficult, Kyra works alongside her clients, helping them navigate their lives. In session, clients can expect a non-judgmental space where they feel comfortable and safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. Kyra strives to help each of her clients feel empowered while fostering personal growth and self-discovery. She believes in clients remaining the experts of their own lives and creates sessions that are unique to each client and their specific needs. Kyra is passionate about helping clients explore their past and present while moving towards greater overall well-being.
