Jackie is a Licensed Social Worker specializing in working with teens and adults struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns as well as disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. They are also experienced in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, focusing on areas such as relationships, coming out, and identity exploration.

Jackie operates from a body positive, sex positive, Health at Every Size framework informed by harm reduction principles and strongly believes in meeting clients where they are with a non-judgemental and affirming approach. She views clients as the experts of their own lives and feels that the therapeutic process should be collaborative. Jackie aims to support and empower clients on their journeys towards increased connection with themselves, their bodies, and with others.

When working with clients Jackie uses various theories and therapeutic modalities such as Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic therapy.
