Hunter values the therapeutic alliance in all stages of her work. She actively strives to create an empathic, accepting, and validating space in which clients emotions are felt, processed, and honored. She believes that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach, rather it should meet each client’s individual needs. Hunter truly loves the work she does and is dedicated to helping clients change their narratives to live a more enlightened life.
Hunter is of the opinion that ‘behind every behavior is a feeling and behind every feeling is a need.’ Once we look within, awareness can begin so lessons can be learnt. Hunter has witnessed individuals through the process of therapy gain personal freedom, experience improved mental well-being, and a deeper connection with their true self.
