Gracie is a Licensed Associate Counselor and has had the privilege in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, and marital difficulties. She also specializes in guiding individuals through major life transitions, perinatal mood and adjustment disorders, couples/marital therapy, and body image concerns.

Gracie believes that each one of us has inherent dignity and has the capacity for growth and healing. In her work as a counselor, Gracie prides herself in being fully present and strives to foster insight, promote emotional resilience, and provide a safe space to feel known and heard.

Her approach is client-centered and tailored to meet each person’s needs and goals. She applies holistic, strengths-based interventions that draws from frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, and attachment theory. Gracie received post-graduate training in the Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and is currently working towards certification in Perinatal Mental Health lead by Postpartum Support International (PSI).
