Grace is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing. Grace specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem and interpersonal issues.

Grace is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and New York. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University. She has experience working with individuals, small groups, couples and families in a variety of settings that include private practice, the school system, nonprofit organizations, intensive-outpatient programs, and partial-care programs. Through these experiences, she has a better understanding of the holistic and individualized needs of clients in relation to themselves and the systems in which they are a part of. She has adapted well to the needs of families since the pandemic and utilizes a variety of resources aimed to increase engagement and rapport in teletherapy for children.

Grace seeks to motivate clients to challenge cognitive distortions and negative behavioral patterns. Grace utilizes a supportive and empathetic approach that progresses at a pace most comfortable for her clients. She offers a welcoming space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings and works to help clients reach their personal goals. Grace is an avid reader and continues to seek out new information to strengthen her approach.
