Diante Jordan, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) in New Jersey, brings extensive experience supporting individuals across all stages of life. He has worked effectively with adolescents and adults from diverse background helping clients navigate personal challenges in various settings. Diante believes that clients are the experts in their own lives but do not have the tools and or support to enact on the ways in which would enhance their lives. His goal is rooted in supporting clients in their personal healing occurs through a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers growth and resilience to achieve their goals and or resolve their problems effectively.
Diante has guided clients through a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, LGBTQIA+ sexual and gender identity exploration, relationship and marital challenges, familial conflicts, and behavioral challenges. He approaches each client with empathy and a commitment to fostering their unique path toward well-being.
In his practice, Diante incorporates many different evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Utilizing a systems-based, person-centered framework, he tailors his interventions to each client’s needs while considering the broader context of their lives. Diante is dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve meaningful change.
